Your area of responsibility
Event & Administration
- Support in event organization from A to Z: event sales, offer & order creation, execution as well as follow-up of the event and customer care
- Organization and coordination of the restaurant area, materials and artists
- Co-responsibility and control of the reservation system as well as optimization of capacity utilization
- Administrative tasks such as daily and monthly closings, telephone service, cash register programming as well as general correspondence
Service
- Warm welcome, seating and care of our guests
- Competent recommendation and active selling of food and drinks
- Co-responsibility for smooth running of events in the restaurant
- Ensuring implementation and control of HACCP guidelines
