Senior Accountant 60-80% (m,f,d) in Aarau or Zug
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual as Senior Accountant by arrangement.

Your responsibilities
- Ongoing accounting tasks for the KENDRIS group companies
- Support & internal contact point for accounting and ERP-related inquiries
- Invoicing of standard fees as well as support for the billing team in Cyprus
- Accounts payable (recording supplier invoices, visa control, creating payment runs, reconciling open item lists)
- Accounts receivable (dunning, posting incoming payments, maintaining dashboard, reconciling open item lists)
- Participation in monthly and annual closings
- Preparation of statistics & reports
- Special tasks (support in ERP-related projects)
What you bring
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in the service sector
- Commercial basic training supplemented by further education in finance & accounting (clerk or specialist in finance and accounting)
- Very good Abacus knowledge
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Confident German and very good English skills in spoken and written form
- Interest in digital processes and participation in change projects
- Open, communicative, and team-oriented personality
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- High willingness to learn and perform
