To successfully master the daily challenges of the real estate industry, we need service- and customer-oriented employees. As a specialist and part of the large real estate accounting team, you will take care of debt collection in cooperation with property management.
Your tasks in detail
- Checking the monthly automated dunning runs
- Carrying out debt collection measures
- Accompanying the debt collection files from the debt enforcement request
- Responsible for the removal of legal objections
- Creating installment agreements as well as monitoring and reminding payments
- Creating eviction requests in case of termination due to payment default
- Telephone and written contact with all affected parties (frontline staff, tenants, owners, lawyers, authorities, etc.)
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial basic training
- Experience in the debt collection field as well as knowledge of the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) are a must
- Knowledge of tenancy law is an advantage
- Your German is confident, French skills are your advantage
- As a passionate service provider, you are dedicated with heart and soul
