• Leadership, promotion, and care of a group of about 8 people with disabilities;
• Planning and implementation of program content in musical, practical life, and productive areas;
• Performing nursing activities as needed;
• Development and production of own products;
• Supervision of interns and trainees within the group;
• Precise written documentation and record keeping;
• Interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Completed training as a care professional, work educator, or social pedagogue;

• Good IT user skills as well as very good German language skills in speaking and writing;
• Resilience, independence, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
