To strengthen our client’s team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced Junior Mandate Manager: in Fiduciary 80-100%.Your tasks• Independent management of a client portfolio• Managing financial and payroll accounting• Preparing interim and annual financial statements• Preparing tax returns for natural and legal persons• Advising and supporting our clients on tax and business management issues• Supporting company formations, restructurings, and succession planning• Assisting in the further development of our processes and servicesYour profile:• Preferably a completed education in fiduciary (e.g., fiduciary with federal diploma or specialist in finance and accounting with federal diploma)• Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services, ideally in a comparable position• Sound knowledge of Swiss tax and financial law• Proficient use of common fiduciary software solutions (e.g., Comatic, Dr.Tax, MS Office)• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of client contact• German at native level, very good English skills are an advantageThe offerApplication link• Varied and responsible activity in a dynamic environment• Flat hierarchy and a family-like working atmosphere• Financial support for further education• Non-occupational accident & daily sickness benefits contributions covered by employer• 5 weeks vacation• 10% participation in the revenues of self-acquired clients• 40-hour week• Independent workWould you like to become part of a dynamic team and further develop your skills in the fiduciary field?
