Professional support and care
We are looking for you to join our team for support and care! We are looking for you if you have completed the SRK course or the course as a health assistant. But we are also looking for you if you have completed training in support and care at the EFZ level or at the tertiary level. Our residents look forward to employees with passion who professionally support and care for them in everyday life. We offer an interesting activity in a special social enterprise. Interested? We are committed to ensuring that people with disabilities live self-determined lives and engage in meaningful, qualified work.
We are looking for the following for our "Living" area:
• Certified nursing professional HF, DN2, DN1, AKP, PsyKP
Workload: 50% - 100%, by arrangement
Your tasks:
• Ensuring high-quality care and support for our residents
• Implementation of care and support measures based on the care process as well as management of care documentation
• Promotion of participation in normalized life situations through individually tailored care and support
• Collaboration in a multidisciplinary team to implement and further develop our services and processes
Your profile:
• You have completed training in one of the mentioned professions
• You have experience in the care and support of people with physical disabilities or the motivation to engage in this client area
• Teamwork is important to you and you always act in a customer-oriented manner
• You approach your work with heart and humor, enjoy taking responsibility, and bring fresh ideas
