Become part of our crew now and bring movement into your everyday job - YOU are OCHSNER SPORT!For our 3-person CRM team in the marketing department, we are looking for an open, proactive personality for the position of Data Analyst CRM (m/f/d), who will expand the team with professional know-how and a lot of initiative.
In this newly created role, you lay the data-based foundations for important CRM decisions and effective measures. You take on a central function by analyzing the performance of our activities, making developments visible, and uncovering new potentials through exploratory data analyses. Responsibilities:
- Structuring and preparation of CRM data as well as its sound interpretation and analysis to support strategic decisions
- Development of concrete recommendations for action to optimize and further develop data-driven CRM
- Creation of regular reports as well as execution of ad-hoc analyses
- Design and construction of clear dashboards on various CRM topics to make insights understandable and quickly accessible
- Development and continuous improvement of a KPI cockpit that transparently displays the most important performance indicators
- You have completed training in the commercial field or in IT, supplemented by further training in data analytics or a similar field
- You already have 2–3 years of professional experience in data analytics as well as confident handling of common data analysis tools and methods
- Skilled use of AI and its profitable application in CRM are everyday for you
- Perfect German language skills in spoken and written form
- Analytical, curious and team-oriented personality with structured thinking and solution-oriented working style
