The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic for the inpatient treatment of addiction disorders as well as addiction and trauma-related disorders. The clinic is recognized by health insurance companies, has a service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders, and is listed on the cantonal hospital list.

HR Specialist (m/f/d), 50-60%

At the Gontenschwil location, we are looking for support in the HR team starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement. This position was newly created to complement the 3-person team (HR management, HR generalist, and HR assistant).

Your tasks:

• Operational implementation of all personnel management processes along the employee life cycle (e.g., onboarding and offboarding, contract management, absences)
• Ensuring competent personnel administration
• Support and advice for employees on all personnel-related issues
• Recruitment (including planning and conducting interviews)
• Preparation of employment contracts, references, and certificates
• Assistance with monthly payroll preparations (no prior knowledge required)

Your profile:

• Completed training as an HR assistant or HR clerk and willingness to obtain the HR specialist certificate
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Good MS Office user skills
• Open and motivated personality
• Discretion and loyalty are a matter of course for you in this role
• We expect an attitude characterized by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients.
