You support internal and external communication processes – also in politically sensitive contexts – and ensure the clarity and quality of the department's products. This includes, in particular, the editing and quality assurance of reports, statements, presentations, and other publications produced in the educational planning departments. You contribute to continuously developing knowledge and research transfer through new formats and represent the department in communication expert committees.
Your profile

Ideally, you bring:
- University degree (Master's or equivalent), preferably in social sciences or related disciplines
- Several years of professional experience in communication, journalism, or public relations – ideally in the public sector
- High editorial competence and confident written expression
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Interest in organizational development topics
- Independence, discretion, and high service orientation
Our offer
We offer you a responsible and exciting activity at the interface between science, politics, administration, and the school field with scope for design in strategically important issues of educational planning.
