You take on daily responsibility, coach the staff involved in care, and as a nursing reference person, you carry the process responsibility. Additionally, you support the quality manager in implementing the care process. Fixed days are possible.

- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Very good German skills
