About the job

The Spitex Region Entlebuch supports and enables living at home for people of all ages who need help and care with its services. Our offer includes somatic and psychiatric care as well as domestic services for eight municipalities in the region.

Certified Nursing Specialist HF

Your task

Perform all nursing services for our clients
Conduct needs assessments and reassessments with InterRAI HC as well as create individual care plans
Take over daily responsibility and organize daily planning
Active collaboration with external professionals and agencies

Your profile

Completed diploma as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH
InterRAI HC course or willingness to complete it
Flexibility and willingness for assignments with variable working hours
Enjoyment of responsible and independent work
Strong communication skills as well as an appreciative and goal-oriented working style
Good IT skills and a valid category B driving license
