YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Needs- and customer-oriented care and support of patients according to the care process in collaboration with our partner doctors as well as an interprofessional team.

YOUR TASKS

• Co-responsibility for the leadership and promotion of 6 - 8 employees
• Support of the team leadership in the economic management of the department and qualification-appropriate personnel planning
• Assuming the deputy function in the absence of the team leader
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with our partner doctors and other departments
• Individual care of patients

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH or 
• At least one year of professional experience in the care of surgical patients
• Willingness to pursue further training in leadership
• Sense of responsibility, physical and mental resilience
• Flexibility and organizational skills

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• Professional experience in an acute hospital is desirable

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Great flexibility, resilience, and strong organizational talent
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (Certificate B2)
• Good IT user skills
• High social competence as well as a pronounced empathy
• Teamwork skills and ability to guide employees
