YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Needs- and customer-oriented care and support of patients according to the care process in collaboration with our partner doctors as well as an interprofessional team.
YOUR TASKS
- Co-responsibility for the leadership and promotion of 6 - 8 employees
- Support of the team leadership in the economic management of the department and qualification-appropriate personnel planning
- Assuming the deputy function in the absence of the team leader
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with our partner doctors and other departments
- Individual care of patients
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH or
- At least one year of professional experience in the care of surgical patients
- Willingness to pursue further training in leadership
- Sense of responsibility, physical and mental resilience
- Flexibility and organizational skills
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- Professional experience in an acute hospital is desirable
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Great flexibility, resilience, and strong organizational talent
- Good German skills in spoken and written form (Certificate B2)
- Good IT user skills
- High social competence as well as a pronounced empathy
- Teamwork skills and ability to guide employees
