• Operates the Edelweiss aircraft in a safe and efficient manner while ensuring punctuality, economy, and a high quality standard for our guests
• Flight preparation and execution according to Edelweiss guidelines
• Collaboration with the crew, ground staff, and air traffic control
• Supports the commander in all matters and acts as a deputy
• Is familiar with the aircraft systems and acts responsibly

• ATPL license (EASA Part-FCL) with Airbus Type Rating A320
• Class 1 medical
• Continuously documented flight performance record
• Very good language skills in German and English (ENG skills at B2 level / ICAO Level 4)
• Impeccable character, integral, mature, and loyal personality with social competence and leadership potential
• Swiss citizen or citizen of the EU-27/EFTA states
