For our client, a modern coating company in Bern with 15 employees, we are looking for a strong leader who organises the operation, leads employees and, if necessary, pitches in with production themselves. Whether windows, doors, kitchen fronts or individual components – here traditional craftsmanship meets modern coating technology.

Your tasks – lead, organise, shape

Tasks and responsibilities

• You lead the spray shop and are responsible for smooth operational processes.
• You plan and coordinate employees, orders, appointments and resources.
• You handle telephone enquiries with customers, suppliers and other contacts.
• You monitor quality, costs, deadlines and occupational safety.
• You optimise workflows and further develop your team professionally according to internal guidelines (LEAN).
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations and pitch in with production if necessary.

Your profile – professional and leadership personality

• Training as an industrial painter, decorator or comparable professional experience in spray painting.
• Experience in staff management or willingness to take on leadership responsibility.
• Organisational talent, assertiveness and an independent working style.
• Good communication skills and enjoyment in contact with customers and suppliers.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, quality awareness and a solution-oriented attitude.
