Junior Product Manager (m/f/d) (limited to 1 year)

Workload: 100% / Location: Sursee

As a Junior Product Manager, you are an important part of the product team and accompany the entire product process from planning to implementation and quality assurance. In doing so, you support the product managers operationally and act as an interface to design, development, and sourcing. Your area of responsibility

You work on the implementation and further development of the product strategy as well as the long-term product roadmap

You support the planning, control, and analysis of the collection including maintaining the collection framework plan

You are responsible for article creation and maintenance in the system and coordinate with interfaces such as design, development, and sourcing
You conduct analyses (e.g., product reviews and new introductions) and derive recommendations for action

You contribute to product development (material, fit, processing, price positioning)

You support presentations, concepts, and meetings

You work in product lifecycle management and accompany product launches as well as phase-out management

You work on smaller projects in product management or take them on independently

What is important to us

You have a completed or ongoing degree in textiles, fashion, business administration, or a comparable field

You bring initial relevant experience (e.g., through internships) or already 1–2 years of professional experience in product management or the textile industry

You have a strong interest in product management

You have a pronounced sense of fashion and trends

You think analytically and have a high affinity for numbers

You work in a structured, careful, and reliable manner

You are characterized by a high willingness to learn and are motivated to take responsibility and actively drive topics forward

You are strong in communication and enjoy working with various interfaces

You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
