To further develop our visual brand identity and fashion staging, we are looking for an experienced and creative personality as of July 1, 2026 or by arrangement for the position of

Head of Visual & Retail Experience 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for visual merchandising, styling, and POS staging
• Responsibility (planning and execution) for the visual design (store fitting) in the department stores, MAGGS, and the display window box
• Professional leadership of visual merchandising
• Personnel and professional management of the display window workshop and advertising technology
• Management, organization, and coordination of daily business
• Shared responsibility for the visual identity and branding of LOEB in close cooperation with the marketing management
• Conceptual and strategic work in the areas of visual merchandising, fashion styling, POS, and display windows as well as their contemporary implementation (visual themes, campaigns, product presentation, communication)
• Planning and implementation of signage as well as 2D and 3D surface and spatial concepts
• Close collaboration with marketing, purchasing, and sales
• Budget responsibility and management of external partners

Your profile:

• Experience in a comparable leadership position in fashion or lifestyle retail
• Strong competence in fashion, styling, trends, and product impact at the POS
• High creative standards, pronounced style confidence, as well as strong conceptual and implementation skills
• Experience working with marketing and brand teams
• Structured, team-oriented, reliable, and independent working style
• Know-how in the use of digital tools in visual communication (screens, photography, presentation tools)
• Modern-oriented personality with strategic thinking and hands-on mentality
