SwissRDL is a center specialized in medical registries and data linkage that is part of the Institute of Social and Preventive Medicine (ISPM) at the University of Bern. We develop, maintain, and analyze medical registries in various disciplines – with great importance for medical research and public health.
Be part of our dynamic team of software developers, data managers, project leaders, epidemiologists, statisticians, and support and monitoring staff.
Your tasks
- Assisting registry users in clinics (doctors, study nurses, quality managers, operating room staff) by phone and email, for example for SIRIS, Swissnoso, or SwissCaRe
- Monitoring and validating data regarding completeness, plausibility, and consistency
- Collecting data from registration forms
- Documenting and writing work procedures as well as updating information on websites (Typo3)
Your profile
- Ideally, training in the medical field or experience in the hospital or clinical sector
- Reliable, team-oriented, and communicative personality with attention to detail
- High level of personal responsibility and independent working method
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- A sense for numbers and an interest in IT tools
- Good knowledge of English and German
