What you bring:

• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH, DN II, DN I, AKP Psychiatry
• Experience with InterRAI HC and CMH or willingness to complete the course
• Joy in the profession and dealing with our clients
• Independent, flexible, and team-oriented working style with quality- and responsibility-conscious thinking and acting
• Commitment, openness, and humor even in challenging situations
• Spitex and Perigon experience is an advantage
