As a Service Operator in the central mailroom, you take on a variety of tasks in the field of mail and courier logistics:
- Processing and sorting incoming mail and courier shipments according to customer specifications
- Delivery within the building and on courier routes (with company vehicle)
- Handling returns and investigations
- Preparation of outgoing mail including courier shipments
- Handling customer inquiries (in person, by phone, by email)
- Maintenance of equipment and cleaning of service vehicles
- Support in the statistical recording of shipment volumes
- Independently identifying and implementing improvement potentials
Your Profile
- Training as a logistics specialist EFZ (distribution) or equivalent experience
- Experience in mail logistics (e.g., PostMail)
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
- Customer-oriented thinking, team player, polite manners
- Driver's license category B, physically resilient, good on foot
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Impeccable reputation (current criminal record extract)
- Willingness to work flexible hours and special assignments
