Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you…

are responsible for managing and further developing our BI infrastructure including data sourcing, data modeling, dashboard creation as well as Excel-reports
configure, maintain and scale our relational database to ensure it operates efficiently and securely
monitor and maintain the RPA tool (Power Automate) to ensure its reliability and performance, additionally you develop new automations to optimize workflows and increase productivity
update and monitor various reports and are responsible for their visualization
document all changes and ensure the clarity of the BI dashboards
work closely with colleagues from different areas to identify and fulfill their specific requirements regarding reports and analyses
conduct precise data analyses on internal inquiries to provide well-founded decision-making bases

Skills and Qualifications

Your profile, you…

have completed higher education (HF/FH/Uni/ETH) in computer science or business informatics or a comparable education
bring solid experience in programming/automating ETL jobs as well as managing relational databases
have very good knowledge of MS SQL Server, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate and possess the basic skills to program with Python
have excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
show passion for innovation and continuous improvement of business processes
have a pronounced "hands-on mentality" and count analytical thinking as well as a structured and precise way of working among your strengths
are helpful and consider it natural to share your expertise within the team
have very good oral and written communication skills in German and English and can explain complex technical information simply and understandably
are a committed, team-oriented and stress-resistant personality who enjoys interacting with people
