Your tasks
- As department manager, you take full responsibility for the operational management and organization of your area to ensure excellent patient care
- You are able to think outside the box and bring new impulses to your team
- You optimize the entire patient flow from admission to discharge by implementing and coordinating efficient processes
- You lead and develop a highly qualified team through appropriate personnel planning and fostering a motivating work environment
- You further develop your team by actively seeking new evidence-based knowledge or best practice examples and implementing them with us
- You ensure compliance with strict quality standards and continuous improvement processes to guarantee the best possible care and support
- You maintain transparent communication and close cooperation with other departments as well as external partners to ensure seamless patient care
- You identify opportunities for cost efficiency and resource optimization in your area
- Last but not least: You want to shape and not just manage
Your profile
- Completed training with state recognition in health and nursing care or elderly care, preferably with a degree in nursing management / nursing science or completed further training as a specialist (m/f/d) for leadership tasks in nursing (FLP)
- Your daily actions are characterized by flexibility, willingness to make decisions, reliability, and loyalty
- You are distinguished by a team- and service-oriented demeanor
- Social competence and the ability to integrate for interdisciplinary collaboration are a matter of course for you
- Experience in psychiatric care is not necessary – we will gladly teach you that
