Account Manager eVV Desk 80 – 100%
What you will achieve
- As the first point of contact, you support external asset managers in their daily banking transactions, for example with account openings, account management, and stock exchange orders.
- You clarify customer concerns in various areas, from investment to credit business.
- You support our client advisors in daily business, especially in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings.
- You assist our clients with questions regarding e-banking.
- You actively participate in projects to optimise work processes and further develop the department.
What you bring
- You have completed a commercial or equivalent education in the financial sector.
- You already have initial professional experience in the banking environment.
- Ongoing or completed further training at HF or FH level is an advantage.
- You are interested in investment business and want to deepen your expertise in this area.
- You convince in dealing with clients through a respectful and confident manner.
- You have very good German skills. English skills are an advantage.
