- You take over the personnel, organizational, and professional leadership in a dual leadership model of the Addiction Disorders Station 2 with 18 beds.
- You continuously develop the quality of care and treatment in line with economic requirements.
- You ensure team development and employee promotion on the ward.
- You participate in cross-departmental projects and actively shape the therapeutic environment and processes on the ward.
- Your networking and coordination of care within the framework of the key worker system and collaboration in the interdisciplinary and interprofessional treatment team is important to us.
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF / FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check required for foreign diplomas) preferably with a focus on psychiatry including experience with addiction disorders.
- You have several years of professional experience in psychiatry and ideally have already gained initial leadership experience and have deepened this in leadership training or are willing to do so.
- You recognize problems, solve them with a view to the future, and enjoy working interdisciplinarily and sustainably.
- You have a strong willingness to engage with the development of modern psychiatric treatment.
- You are a resilient and open-minded personality with high social and communication skills and possess very good organizational skills.
