Marketing intern
Your Impact @ Chanel
As a Fashion Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting marketing activities and driving the customer strategy for the Swiss market retail points. You will contribute to enhancing the customer experience and ensuring the excellence of the CHANEL House image in Switzerland.
Your Missions
Clienteling & Customer Intelligence:
- Assist in analyzing and sharing monthly customer indicators to identify development opportunities.
- Consolidate and distribute customer listings (new customers, best customers, prospects) to facilitate their activation in-store.
- Participate in defining clienteling objectives and monitor the implementation of actions with stores and salespeople.
- Support retail teams in using the internal clienteling application and report needs for new features.
Customer Communication:
- Consolidate communication needs for each collection (physical and digital communication tools).
- Participate in targeting recommendations and analyze campaign performance.
- Support the implementation of gift strategies in-store.
Customer Engagement:
- Participate in developing the customer activation calendar and organizing events (cocktails, in-store experiences, collection events).
- Coordinate event production, in collaboration with internal teams (press, training, visual merchandising) and external partners (caterer, hotel, etc.)
- Conduct competitive intelligence and share monthly insights.
Job Conditions:
An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:
- The internship must be part of your study program.
- The internship must be required for the completion of your degree.
- The internship must be validated by the award of academic credits.
Profile Sought:
Student in business school or university (Master's level), you have a successful first experience in the luxury sector or in event management. You have a strong interest in the world of fashion and luxury. Your responsiveness, reliability, as well as your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential assets to successfully carry out your missions.
You possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working within a multicultural team.
You speak fluent English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.

Job Information:
• Contract: Full-time internship (100%) and in-person
• Start date: January 5th, 2026
• Duration: 6 months
• Working days: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
• Location: Geneva
