We are looking for an engaged employee to start immediately or by arrangement in the role of
Junior Property Manager 80-100%
You have already gained experience in property management and know the basics of managing real estate. You are familiar with the re-letting process and possess high self-motivation, act proactively, and can recognize and align with the needs of customers. You feel comfortable in the hectic daily routine of property management and grow with daily challenges. Negotiations with tenants and other stakeholders bring out your best, where you think in a goal- and solution-oriented manner, including creative approaches. The variety between administrative tasks, negotiations with various stakeholders, and teamwork makes the workday exciting and diverse.
