Your tasks
- You pamper our guests at the open-air bar at the front
- Leading the bar staff and partial leadership of the food truck team
- Personnel deployment planning and allocation of service stations
- Creating the daily closing - including checking all employee accounts - of the Sternebar
- Preparing hot and cold drinks
- Daily preparation and cleaning tasks, clearing and washing glasses during operation
- Working outdoors such as terrace seating and snow removal
- Supporting food preparation in the food truck
- Inventory management, ordering, and goods receipt control for the Sternebar
Your profile
- Bar and leadership experience required
- Host personality and joy in satisfied guests
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts at events and functions
- Keeping an overview in stressful situations
- Physically resilient, team player, and quick comprehension
- Very good German skills
- Enjoy experiencing a winter season in the Bündner mountains
