Job Description
- Independently preparing, arranging, and providing the OR materials
- Proper preparation, operation, and processing of medical devices, equipment, and materials
- Assisting during operations according to established guidelines, performance recording, documentation
- Working in the washing area
- Management and control of sterile goods and equipment in the OR area
- Compliance with hygiene regulations
Qualifications
- Completed training as a perioperative assistant or completed training in healthcare
- Mandatory experience in the OR as an assistant or positioning nurse
- Motivated to learn additional work areas in the OR
- An efficient, analytical, and systematic way of working
- Resilient, committed, and motivated personality who maintains overview and calm even in hectic situations
- Sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and flexibility
- Good knowledge of German
- Computer skills
