    Your area of responsibility

    What you bring

    • Experience in Security + HSE in an industrial environment
    • Ideally, a federal specialist certificate as ASGS specialist or a recognized diploma in Health + Safety
    • Alternatively: career changers with solid technical understanding, quick comprehension, and interest in corresponding further training
    • Sound knowledge of relevant legal regulations and standards (e.g., EKAS, ISO 14001)
    • Experience with digital tools for safety monitoring and documentation is an advantage
    • Fluent language skills in German and French
    • Ability to communicate complex safety and HSE-related matters appropriately and understandably to the target audience
    • Independent, structured working style as well as pronounced analytical thinking skills
    • Organizational talent, negotiation skills, and empathetic demeanor when dealing with employees, managers, partners, and authorities
