- Independent assessment and review of insurance coverage based on contractual conditions including recourse management
- Assessment of the liability of freight forwarding companies based on legal and/or contractual liability provisions
- Communication and negotiation with policyholders, sales partners, external service providers, and other insurance companies
- Close collaboration with the underwriting transport insurance team
- Active contribution to the further development of our processes and products
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You have a commercial or equivalent education (ideally in the insurance industry) and a federal specialist certificate in private insurance is an advantage
- You bring experience in handling transport claims or have knowledge in the field of liability insurance
- Teamwork and independent work characterize you
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of empathy in dealing with our customers complete your profile
- You are open-minded and want to make a difference
- Fluent German and good English skills; French is an advantage
