Job Description
- Independent instrumentation and assistance during procedures in various disciplines
- Proper preparation and operation of necessary devices, instruments, and sterile goods
- Completion of on-call duties
- Responsibility for smooth interdisciplinary and interprofessional operation room workflow
- Work according to hygiene and asepsis guidelines
- Specialist responsibility in a specialized field
- Responsibility for correct surgery-specific documentation (surgical nursing documentation/performance recording)
Qualifications
- Training as a certified operating room nurse HF or certified specialist in operating room technology HF with professional experience mainly in orthopedics
- High flexibility, versatile expertise, and the necessary understanding of various surgical techniques
- Quality and responsibility awareness as well as a high service orientation
- A responsible, service-oriented, and resilient personality with great enthusiasm for your profession
