• Completed training as a beautician with solid knowledge in manicure and pedicure
• Additional training as a masseuse
• Experience in upscale hospitality is an advantage
• High level of service readiness and guest orientation
• Empathy and sensitivity to guests' needs
• Good communication skills
• Enjoy active sales and consultation
• Good language skills in German, English, and French
