- You take overall responsibility (lead) for individual leadership topics and actively contribute to conception and design, implementation, and follow-up, including involving various stakeholders
- Together with your team, you continuously drive the improvement process forward, identify process optimizations (efficiency, quality, participant feedback), define meaningful measures, and implement them with those involved
- You design KPI dashboards together with subject matter experts and ensure their operationalization (including adoption rate of trainings, performance management platform)
- You are responsible for communication regarding the programs you manage and interact in writing and verbally with various stakeholders about our diverse services
- You support development and performance management as well as talent development
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- University or university of applied sciences degree (preferably in business administration or psychology)
- Extensive experience in project management at strategic and operational levels in a demanding environment
- Subject matter expertise in leadership development
- Data affinity with a focus on KPI definition and interpretation
- Strong communication and moderation skills and concrete experience in their application
- Good knowledge of French is an advantage
- Committed team player with drive, high resilience, structured and independent working style
- Winning and convincing appearance and a healthy sense of humor
