Job Description

As an IAM Product Owner, you will be the reference and owner of all technologies and components related to access management.

Your key role: design, build, and maintain the company's Access Management roadmap, supporting the transition from legacy systems (OpenAM, LDAP, MS AD) to Microsoft Entra ID.

Your main responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain a sustainable roadmap aligned with IT and security strategy.
• Design and document new products/technologies around Microsoft Entra ID.
• Ensure coherence between business needs and security requirements (Zero Trust, conditional access, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with IAM, Infosec, IT&O, Network, Endpoints, and Architecture teams.
• Lead the transition to Microsoft Entra ID, from design to production deployment.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, training, and level 3 support on AM products.
• Maintain continuous technology watch to evolve the Access Management strategy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in Access Management in complex international environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and detailed understanding of conditional access policies.
• Excellent mastery of IT technical layers (networks, workstations, servers, cloud).
• Proven experience in technology product management and information security.
• Fluent in English AND French (international environment).
• Microsoft certifications, ITIL, or experience with Agile methodology (Jira) = a real plus.
• Knowledge of the Zero Trust model appreciated.
