For the Private Ward Sophia, we are looking for you to join us immediately or by arrangement in a permanent position as
Tasks
- You complement the interdisciplinary team of our private ward with nursing expertise and commitment
- You support people in acute crisis, actively involving relatives and the individual life situation of the patients
- You work in a three-shift system and implement internal processes and guidelines
- You see yourself as part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and share responsibility for the professional implementation of the ward concept
Profile
- Diploma nurse FH or HF, preferably with professional experience in geriatric psychiatry, acute geriatrics or acute somatics
- In addition to commitment and a sense of responsibility, we expect a high level of professionalism in the care and support of older adults.
- Flexible, resilient and motivated personality with high social competence and a pronounced service orientation
- Interest in continuous professional development
