Co-responsibility for the smooth spa operation including quality, hygiene, and safety standards as well as daily inspection of the spa area
Leadership, motivation, and coaching of the spa team as well as onboarding of new employees and representation of the Spa & Recreation Managers / Assistant Spa Managers
Ensuring excellent guest satisfaction through professional care, service recovery, and active recommendation of offers and experiences
Monitoring bookings, spa reservations, and membership management including billing, promotions, and in-house marketing
Inventory and cost control such as stocktaking, goods usage control, and ordering
Implementation and control of all spa standards and SOPs as well as close cooperation with other hotel departments and participation in relevant meetings
Your profile
Completed commercial or hotel management training as well as at least 2 years of experience in a comparable position
High affinity for spa & recreation as well as strong quality and service awareness
Strong leadership and motivational skills for team development
Strong social skills, resilience, and professional appearance as a role model
Very good German and English skills, additional languages advantageous
