As the fastest growing global sportswear brand reaching millions of runners, On is leading the way in building an authentic community, with direct fan interaction at major sporting expos, run crews, cultural moments, own brand format events and retail grassroots activities. We are looking for a Global Head of Brand Activation and Events to strategically bring immersive and impactful brand activations and the events team to the next level. The person will play a leading role in crafting the brand activation strategy, enabling tools for scale, and developing innovative event formats and partnerships in our key markets around the world. On is a brand built around movement that celebrates the human spirit in everything we do and the Brand Activations team plays a key role in bringing our community together to celebrate our mission.

Your Mission

  • Set the strategic brand activation and events vision for On globally
  • Craft new immersive events formats to match global campaigns and initiatives in our Go-To-Market plan
  • Identify and Implement new tools and technology to elevate event experiences
  • Source and negotiate partnerships with relevant organizations to drive event success
  • Promote and celebrate the full range of On brand activations
  • Develop events brand standards and ensure that brand activations globally adhere those standards through all touch points
  • Analyze event data to test and learn
  • Enable markets to execute events within brand guidelines
  • Lead the development of communication framework considering pre, during and post event moments
  • Actively grow our global fan base
  • Build and lead a team of experts in brand activations and events
