What you will achieve with us

<ul> <li>Strategic campaign planning: Development and implementation of performance-oriented social media campaigns along the marketing funnel on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.</li> <li>Campaign management: Independent management and optimization of paid social campaigns considering KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPM, and conversion rate.</li> <li>A/B testing & optimization: Conducting A/B tests, analyzing results, and continuously adjusting campaigns to improve performance.</li> <li>Client consulting: Advising our clients based on performance data, deriving recommendations for action, and supporting the further development of their social media strategies.</li> </ul>

You fit with us if…

<ul> <li>Experience in performance marketing, especially in social media advertising (paid social), on the agency and/or client side.</li> <li>Solid knowledge in handling business managers, e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc., as well as using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio.</li> <li>Strong numerical understanding and experience in interpreting performance data to derive optimization measures.</li> <li>Willingness to experiment and readiness to learn new tools, with an interest in applying AI technologies in the marketing context.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in German (native) and English; additional language skills are an advantage.</li> <li>Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work in a dynamic environment.</li> </ul>
