The tibits family at Bern station is looking for a "Junior Chef de Service" from January 2026 or by arrangement to support our dedicated role model team. We offer you a position of 70-100%, with the option to develop into Chef de Service.Your tasks:
- Operational responsibility & troubleshooting for the operation during your shift
- Scheduling, leading & coaching about 6 - 8 employees per shift
- Preparing daily accounts including daily closing
- Daily completion of smaller administrative tasks
- Ordering & goods receipt including delivery note control
- Recording the monthly inventory
- Taking over an employee shift at regular intervals
