To strengthen our Mental Health Pole department, within the community psychiatry unit, we are looking for a:
Job Description
- You provide specialized nursing care within our outpatient unit, taking into account the clinical particularities related to addictive disorders
- You assess the health status of patients and continuously adapt your interventions to ensure quality, person-centered care
- You contribute to promoting the psychological stability of patients and participate in crisis prevention and management
- You actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (doctors, psychologists, social workers, etc.) and ensure a benevolent, constructive, and respectful working atmosphere
- You handle administrative and logistical tasks related to patient care
- You communicate and document all necessary observations to ensure continuity and quality of care
Qualifications
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (or an equivalent title recognized in Switzerland).
- You have experience in the field of psychiatry
- You have training or experience in addictology, or demonstrate a strong motivation to train in this specific field
- You show a strong interest in rehabilitation-centered care approaches and local work
- You demonstrate active listening, empathy, and professional and ethical support towards patients
- You have a sense of responsibility, show autonomy, know how to manage priorities, and appreciate working in a multidisciplinary team
- You are bilingual French/German or have knowledge of German.
- You hold a driving license (category B)
