Tasks

Maintenance and servicing of buildings
General cleaning work as well as various special cleanings
Winter service (Mon-Sun) each between November and March

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship as a maintenance specialist or many years of professional experience
Versatile expertise in cleaning
Technical flair and enjoyment in the inspection and maintenance of technical systems
High willingness to perform
Cheerful, communicative personality
Driver's license category B mandatory
