Responsibilities

As a studio manager, you are responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and motivating the subordinate employees
• Performing the host role to attract and retain members
• Collaborating with the group recruiting team
• Scheduling employees
• Ensuring quality standards according to the employee handbook
• Ensuring stock management in compliance with internal and external guidelines
• Member support on the training floor, conducting trial sessions, creating training plans and active guidance
• Communication with internal and external parties
• Coordinating the implementation of marketing measures in consultation with regional management
• Compliance with all regulations, rules and laws
• Reactivating cancelled members
• Achieving target goals regarding Google reviews and trial session statistics
• Coordinating group fitness instructors and the course offerings in cooperation with the Head of Group Fitness
• Cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts in Fitness and Health or equivalent qualification
• Additional trainer licences are an advantage
• Experience managing a fitness studio is an advantage
• Trustworthy and loyal with empathetic leadership behaviour
• Confident personality with high social competence and a well-groomed appearance
• Independent organisational talent with assertiveness
• Team player and resilient
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent communication in German, both spoken and written
