Ensure that Ricola arrives reliably worldwide. In this role, you will assume overall responsibility for global order management, transport, and customs clearance. You will combine strategy with operational excellence and ensure that our supply chain is efficient, effective, and future-oriented.
Your mission:
- You will be responsible for the global order management process, from order processing to on-time delivery, and will ensure high OTIF performance.
- You will implement the global logistics strategy for transport, storage, and customs clearance and ensure consistent compliance with it.
- You select logistics, transport, and customs clearance service providers, conduct contract negotiations, and create stable, flexible, and legally secure partnerships.
- You manage the global procurement volume for logistics services, including budget responsibility.
- You work closely with Global Supply Execution, Sales, GPMI, regional organizations, and external partners.
- You ensure smooth product launches by integrating order management and logistics into NPI processes at an early stage
- You identify potential for cost optimization and implement improvements without compromising quality, delivery reliability, or product safety

You are confident in global supply chain structures, think in a process-oriented manner, and maintain an overview even in highly complex situations. To do this, you have the following:
- Several years of experience in order management, transport, or supply chain management, ideally in a comparable management position
- In-depth knowledge of logistics tenders, contract drafting, and contract negotiations
- Experience in risk management, project management, and change management
- Leadership experience and enjoyment of employee development
- Very good written and spoken German and English, French an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP, ideally S4 with a focus on SD and MM
- Structured, independent, and resilient way of working
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including trips lasting several days
