The market organization serves the Swiss market with all products and services of METTLER TOLEDO. As reinforcement for our Customer Service Industrial Weighing Products area, we are looking for a service-oriented person as a Field Service Technician 80 - 100% (all genders) for the Lugano/Mendrisio region. Our extensive internal service training concept offers you the opportunity to develop from Service Technician (Basic) to Service Technician Expert. In this role, you will take on the following tasks: You are responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair, qualification and certification of our industrial products according to customer requirements, our internal guidelines, and external regulations. You advise and support our customers in the respective regions regarding our products and service offerings. Furthermore, you are responsible for compliance with and assurance of quality standards as well as reporting on the work performed. Close collaboration within the service team and professional representation of the company complete the profile. As part of these tasks, you will also provide on-call service.
