In this versatile hub function, you accompany our products and services from the first customer contact to on-time delivery. You keep an overview, coordinate processes, and ensure that everything runs smoothly both internally and externally.
Your tasks
• Creating offers, independent order processing and monitoring
• Scheduling and process coordination of customer and sampling orders
• Telephone support for customers and our specialist trade
• Processing of tenders
• Project assistance
• Support at trade fairs and events
• Advising customers in our showroom
Your profile
You have completed commercial training, possess technical understanding, and have already gained experience in a comparable position, ideally in a manufacturing company. Your working style is structured, independent, and solution-oriented. Even in hectic situations, you keep an overview and always act customer-oriented. Very good German skills in spoken and written form are required; good English and French skills are an advantage. You work confidently and routinely with MS Office; preferably, you also have knowledge of a planning tool such as pCon. Flexibility, resilience, and teamwork complete your profile.
