• Management of the Kappel (SO) location
• Ensuring smooth workshop operations, including customer service workshop reception
• Coordination and supervision of repair and maintenance work as well as bodywork and painting tasks
• Responsibility for the timely execution of workshop tasks in cooperation with mechanics, panel beaters, and painters
• Central contact person for internal and external customers as well as interface between workshop and clientele
• Responsible for work progress in the workshop in cooperation with the foremen

• Technical basic training as an automotive specialist
• Further training as an automotive diagnostician, workshop coordinator, or customer service advisor
• Many years of professional and leadership experience
• Assertiveness and independent action
• High social competence, willingness to perform, and quality awareness
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Possession of a category C/E driving license or willingness to obtain one
