Your tasks
We are looking for a communicative, creative, and well-organized personality who, as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator, strengthens our brands and drives projects forward with passion.
- Support in the creation and implementation of the communication plan, especially for our subsidiaries Kuhnbieri and ARTILUX
- Create and manage communication materials within the scope of standard communication, such as newsletters, LinkedIn posts, email signatures, and texts for the website
- Design and create new communication materials (e.g., flyers, promotional materials for sales campaigns, brochures) and adapt existing documents
- Coordinate and participate in regular meetings and alignments on ongoing topics such as communication plan and projects
- Take on administrative tasks such as maintaining the print media list, approving invoices, responding to internal inquiries, and coordinating general processes
- Participate in product training to ensure a solid understanding of assortments and content
- Support the further development and optimization of communication processes
- Support cross-departmental projects, organize and accompany photoshoots, create briefings for agencies and external partners, assist in conducting and evaluating customer surveys, and similar tasks
