Merchant (Technical Area Sales Manager)
Activities
- Customer support and expansion of the customer base in own
- sales territory
- Identification and acquisition of business partners (OEMs, system integrators,
- dealers, distributors)
- Technical advice to customers as well as support in the selection
- of suitable magnetic solutions
- Conducting product presentations and training sessions
- Market and competitor analysis
- Planning and implementation of sales strategies
- Close cooperation with the development department and internal sales for
- the development of customer-specific solutions
- Participation in international trade fairs and customer events
Requirements
- Technical training with commercial knowledge or commercial
- training with a strong technical affinity
- Experience in key account management and/or international sales

- Several years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and structured working style
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written (additional languages
