The Blue Cross Bern-Solothurn-Freiburg is a specialized organization for addiction issues with the work areas of prevention + health promotion, counseling + therapy as well as integration + companies. Around 90 employees and about 260 volunteers at 13 locations implement the diverse offers, which are co-financed by service contracts from the cantons as well as donations and contributions from institutions and private individuals.

The networking with the Swiss and International Blue Cross supports innovation and quality assurance. The Blue Cross is politically and denominationally independent.

Area of activity:

• Counseling and support of people with an addiction in social and professional integration places (internal and external workplaces)
• Case management and key worker activities with clients
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with various specialist offices
• Administrative and organizational tasks
• Support of volunteers

Requirements profile:

• Training in work education or comparable training
• Innovative personality accustomed to independent work
• Professional experience in the addiction field
• Enjoyment in collaborating and supporting people in difficult life situations
• Organizational and administrative skills, good PC user knowledge
• Identification with our mission statement and Christian core values
