- Staff tasks: Advisory, planning, and controlling activities to support management in the areas of customer consulting and wealth planning
- Process analysis & optimization: Continuous identification of improvement potentials in processes as well as implementation of quality adjustments involving relevant stakeholders
- Project representation & interface management: Representation of customer consulting in front-oriented projects and coordination between different departments
- Documentation: Creation and maintenance of process documentation and application manuals in collaboration with the organization department
- System support & support: Line responsible contact person for tools in customer consulting and wealth planning; participation in system and application optimizations including testing in collaboration with the responsible departments
- Knowledge transfer: Planning and conducting workshops as well as internal training for process users
- Coordination & quality assurance: Minutes taking in operational meetings, derivation and allocation of tasks as well as monitoring of timely implementation

Education / Experience - Commercial basic training in banking, supplemented by further training in business administration, project management, or a comparable field.
- Several years of activity in the financial sector with sound knowledge of internal banking processes
- Proven experience in project and process management as well as in moderating meetings and workshops.
- Very good MS Office skills, experience with common AI tools; knowledge of Avaloq and Eligamo is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written. Person
