• In order to optimize service quality, you use the marketing and sales information system for customer care.
• You create and maintain a relationship of trust with customers, providing constructive management of the business relationship (anticipating the customer's expectations).
• You proactively support customers after a quote/information request or after personal contact.
• You continuously inform yourself about changes in internal and external guidelines.
• You monitor the customer relationship, especially with regard to compliance with legal requirements, anti-money laundering regulations, and from the perspective of risk control.
